At Saints Peter and Paul Catholic High School we teach our students to take their commitment to the community seriously. As a result the School has an excellent reputation in the archdiocese for generous giving. We could not be prouder of the way in which our students are anxious to help those less fortunate. Every year our students and staff are responsible for raising thousands of pounds for our various charities.
At Saints Peter and Paul Catholic High School we teach our students to be courageous and compassionate in their giving of themselves, their time, and their resources to serve our community - both locally and globally.
We are committed in our support of our partner charities CAFOD (global) and Nugent (local) and we dedicate our Advent (CAFOD World Gifts - Advent Challenge) and Lent (Nugent - Good shepherd Challenge) preparations to fundraising for these organisations who work with some of the most vulnerable in our society both at home and abroad. Our school has an excellent reputation in the archdiocese for generous giving and we could not be more proud of the way in which our students are anxious to show their love to make a different to others in so many different ways, not just through their fundraising efforts but their care, creativity, and sacrificing of time and energy.
“I really like helping other people.”
“The Good Shepherd Challenge is fun. All of the forms in our year group were competing to try to raise the most money. You work with your progress tutor to try and come up with ideas that other forms haven’t thought of.”
