Celebrating Student Achievement
At P&P we celebrate our students achievements and successes in a number of ways.
Achievement Points
Students are recognised and rewarded when they contribute positively to school life.
Achievement points are rewarded each week for:

100% attendance (5 points)
-
Being an attendance hero (5 points)
-
No guidance referrals (5 points)
-
100% punctuality (5 points)
-
Meeting school standards checks (5 points)

Demonstrating our values – Respect – Aspiration – Compassion

Service to the school community
-
Attending co-curricular clubs
Once a student has meet the required achievement points to receive an award, they will be presented by the years Pupil Progress Leader during assembly or formation time.
End of Term Awards
Examples of awards may include; a reward trip to the cinema, theme park or ice rink. Vouchers for Amazon, books or food.
In order to qualify for the end of term's rewards trip students must:
- Meet our most current attendance target
- Have fewer that 10 guidances (9 or below)
- Have excellent punctuality (fewer that 10 late marks)
End of Year Awards
At the end of each academic year we celebrate student successes during our 'Presentation Evenings'.
These events recognised the hard work and dedication of some students, with prizes being awarded for academic excellence, sporting prowess, creative talent and personal achievement.
