Mr Caine is lead for behaviour, safeguarding, attendance and inclusion. He ensures that we have a safe, inclusive environment and strong outcomes for all students, particularly the most vulnerable.

• Students with any additional needs are identified and supported effectively

Mrs Roche is responsible for the strategic leadership of curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment and achievement.

She ensures that:

• we use data effectively to inform teaching and interventions

• we have consistently high quality provision and strong outcomes for all

• staff receive effective continuous professional development opportunities

Assistant Head

Mr  Bibby  leads on data, assessment, timetable, groupings and systems. 

He ensures that: 

• we effectively use assessment information to accelerate every child’s learning and progress, and where necessary intervene if students are falling behind.

• Parents and students are clear of their strengths, weaknesses and next steps through reporting.

• Preparation and process for our Key Stage 3 ASPIRE Assessment Strategy and Key Stage 4 examinations are complete and robust.

Assistant Head

Mr Lynch is an outstanding Maths teacher who is responsible for Maths at Saints Peter and Paul and academic intervention. 

​

Mr Lynch oversees: 

• Academic intervention for Literacy and Numeracy across the school, this includes providing intervention in and outside the curriculum for our students; KS3 and KS4 after school elevate sessions,  intervention sessions in and outside of the school day and online packages.

Mrs Robertson is responsible for ensuring our students live out our school values and meet the very high standards we set for them on a daily basis.  This includes strategic leadership of behaviour and culture, ensuring high expectations, consistency and respect across school.

She ensures that: 

• We provide the very best pastoral support for students to enable them to enjoy and engage in all aspects of school life so that they can secure excellence in all that they do.

• We have consistency in whole school behaviour systems

• Use gather and use data to inform targeted interventions and evaluate impact of strategies.

• Engage and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Mrs Woan is responsible for leading on Personal Development, Mission and Primary Partnership

• Personal development is ambitious and accessed by all students, especially disdvantaged and vulnerable studnets

• students access enrichment and co-curricular experiences

• students go onto ambitious destinations

• students are supported with wellbeing and character development

• Student voice is gathered and used to inform practice

• Our relationships with primary schools and transition to secondary school is excellent

mr EVANS

Mr Evans has strategic responsibility for finance, operations and resources to ensure the effective deployment of funding, staffing and infrastructure in support of school improvement and strong student outcomes

He ensures that:

• Budgets, financial management and compliance with audit requirements

• Staffing, HR and organisational structures are maintained and regularly reviewed

• The school estate is safe, high quality and  fit for effective learning

• Risks are managed and data is secure

• Capital projects are well managed and additional funding is sourced to enhance provision

• Operational systems support the smooth running of the school

• Parental communication and engagement is effective and monitored to inform better practice
