Mr Caine is lead for behaviour, safeguarding, attendance and inclusion. He ensures that we have a safe, inclusive environment and strong outcomes for all students, particularly the most vulnerable.

Mr  Bibby  leads on data, assessment, timetable, groupings and systems. 
He ensures that:

we effectively use assessment information to accelerate every child’s learning and progress, and where necessary intervene if students are falling behind.

Parents and students are clear of their strengths, weaknesses and next steps through reporting.

Preparation and process for our Key Stage 3 ASPIRE Assessment Strategy and Key Stage 4 examinations are complete and robust.

Assistant Head
mr lynch
Mr Lynch is an outstanding Maths teacher who is responsible for Maths at Saints Peter and Paul and academic intervention.
​
Mr Lynch oversees:

Academic intervention for Literacy and Numeracy across the school, this includes providing intervention in and outside the curriculum for our students; KS3 and KS4 after school elevate sessions, intervention sessions in and outside of the school day and online packages.

Mrs Robertson is responsible for ensuring our students live out our school values and meet the very high standards we set for them on a daily basis. This includes strategic leadership of behaviour and culture, ensuring high expectations, consistency and respect across school.

Mr Evans has strategic responsibility for finance, operations and resources to ensure the effective deployment of funding, staffing and infrastructure in support of school improvement and strong student outcomes
