Staff should call 0151 422 6504 before 7.45 am on the morning of an absence.

Team Viewer Quick Support is designed for exactly that: Quick Support

Once you set up Quick Support on your computer, you can receive Technical Support in a moments notice.  Quick Support allows for remote access, control and viewing of your computer for fast troubleshooting.

VMWare Horizen Client

School Staff can download the relevant VMWare Horizen Client to their device to remotely access; Home Areas, Staff Resources and Student Resources from home.

To access these Resources log on using your current network credentials.

If you are using a Chrome Book or Tablet Device you can search for VMWare Horizen in the Google Play, Apple and Windows Stores.
