Around two weeks prior to your child's Parents' Evening, you'll receive a message from school via ClassCharts to let you know:

• when bookings will go live

• when bookings will close

• how to login to School Cloud

• and how to make your appointments

Log in with the following information to make your appointments:

• Your name

• Email address (use the email address that school uses to communicate with you)

• Student’s Name (use preferred name)

• Student’s Date of Birth

School Cloud logins are based on the information we have on our registration system here in school, so it's really important to keep your information up to date.

Some of our most common logging in problems are caused by:

• Title | Are you a Mrs, Miss, Ms? Check the title you have entered and try again.

• Name | Have you changed your name since you registered your child at Saints Peter and Paul? Use the details you provided when your child first joined us.

• Email address | Are you using the email address that school uses to communicate with you?

• Student Name | Enter their preferred name

Once you’ve finished booking your appointments, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Check your junk/spam folder if you can't spot it in your inbox

School Cloud gives you the option to amend appointments yourself.
