Last night, we welcomed back our wonderful Class of 2025 once again for a very special Presentation Evening, providing an opportunity to celebrate their achievements, present their GCSE certificates, and recognise the outstanding contributions they have made to our school community.
It was a joy to see so many students, families, and staff gathered together once again. The hall was filled with excitement and some very warm reunions as we reflected on five years of hard work, resilience, and growth.
School Principal Mrs Scott said, "From their very first days in Year 7 through to their final examinations, this year group has embodied determination, kindness, and ambition. It was a privilege to honour everything they have accomplished."
During the evening, students were recognised across a wide range of categories.
Our High Achievers were celebrated for earning exceptional GCSE results, while the GCSE Award Winners were applauded as they received the certificates marking the culmination of their secondary education.
We also paid tribute to those who have gone above and beyond through Star Student Awards, Subject Excellence Awards, Subject Achievement Awards, and the always-inspiring Formation Tutor Awards.
A particular highlight was the recognition of our special individual award winners.
This year, we proudly honoured:
Outstanding Achievement Award: Bethany Pearsall

Musician of the Year: Isabella Stevens

Sports Personality of the Year: Matthew Sinclair

Purple Heart Award: Lacey Foster

Student of the Year: Lillianna Kirchin

Each of these students exemplifies the values that make our school community so strong, through their commitment, compassion, resilience, and a deep sense of aspiration.
We would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to all parents and carers who joined us. Your support, encouragement, and partnership over the past five years have been invaluable. The successes we celebrated last night belong to you as much as they do to the students.
On behalf of the entire staff team, thank you to our Class of 2025 students for returning to celebrate with us, and thank you for the joy, laughter, and inspiration you have brought to our school over the years.
We wish you every success and happiness in the future.
You will always remain a part of the Saints Peter and Paul family.
