Announcing the Winner of Our Exciting School Christmas Card Competition 2025

This year, our school’s Christmas card competition brought out the best in our talented students, showcasing their artistic skills and heartfelt interpretations of the


After careful consideration, the results are in, and we are thrilled to announce the winning design and celebrate our outstanding finalists.


Celebrating Creativity and Talent


Our panel of judges faced a challenging task selecting the top three entries from a wonderful number of submissions, with Art teacher Mrs Clayton, praising the quality of this year’s entries:

The Winning Designs and Their Impact


The judges selected three finalists whose work stood out for their ability to beautifully convey the heart of the Christmas story and the spirit behind our Advent celebrations.


1st Place – Amelia L, Year 10

Amelia’s design captured the warmth and joy of Christmas with a thoughtful blend of festive colours and delicate shading. Her artwork merges traditional and contemporary themes, creating a comforting glow, and the judges were particularly impressed by the gentle detailing and symbolic elements that give the card a timeless feel.



Amelia received a £20 Amazon voucher, a set of printed cards featuring her design, and a certificate recognizing her achievement.


Her artwork will become the official 2025 school Christmas card, shared with the Saints Peter and Paul community and partners far and wide.

2nd Place – Petru-Sergiu M, Year 8

Petru-Sergiu’s entry stood out for its vibrant use of colour and thoughtful composition, and was used to help promote our Community Carol and Advent Service on the 3rd December.


He was awarded a £10 Amazon voucher, a set of cards, and a certificate.




3rd Place – William O, Year 7

ree

William impressed the judges with his detailed artwork conveying the Christmas story through verse and imagery.


William received a £5 Amazon voucher, a set of cards, and a certificate.





The 2025 Christmas card competition has been a wonderful celebration of talent, creativity this Advent.


Congratulations to Amelia, Petru-Sergiu, William, and all the students who entered and were shortlisted. Keep creating, keep sharing, and we hope you enjoy the festive season.
