Christmas Card Design Competition 2025

We are delighted to invite all students to take part in our Annual Christmas Card Design Competition, giving them a chance to show off their creativity and celebrate Christmas with our school and wider community in a unique and special way.
The winning design will become the official Saints Peter and Paul Christmas card for 2025, which will be circulated to our partners and friends across the North West and the rest of the UK.
Design Criteria
Size: A4 or A5
Orientation: Landscape or portrait front cover design
Style: You can use any materials you wish. Designs should be original (avoid using cartoon/film characters) and may be created using any materials or techniques (drawing, painting, collage, or digital art).
Collect paper from your Art Teacher, or come along to Art Club after school on Tuesdays if you’d like to use our materials
Must include:
Our school logo
Links to our school values Compassion, Respect, and Aspiration
Or refer to Catholic Social Teaching principles, such as Dignity, Solidarity, and the Common Good
Extra chance to win
Students are also encouraged to enter the Liverpool Archdiocese Christmas Card Competition.

Students are encouraged to create different designs for each competition if they wish to enter both.
HOW TO ENTER
Open to ALL year groups
Deadline for all entries: Friday 22nd November 2025
· Hand in your design to the Art Department
· Please clearly write your name and formation group on the back of your entry
Prizes
1st Place: £20 Amazon voucher, a set of printed cards, and a certificate
2nd Place: £10 Amazon voucher, a set of printed cards, and a certificate
3rd Place: £5 Amazon voucher, a set of printed cards, and a certificate
Winning and highly commended designs will be displayed in school and shared on our website and social media pages.
